Following up on the release of two soundbars, the Beam 2 and Ray, Sonos is expanding its home theater lineup with the Sub Mini. With the Sonos Sub Mini, customers now have two subwoofers to choose from, the other being the Sonos Sub (Gen 3). Building on the foundation of the Sub (Gen 3), Sub Mini delivers deep base in a more compact, cylindrical design.
Sub Mini Core Features
Bass Without Buzzkill: Dual custom woofers and advanced audio processing produce a deep base with no buzz or rattle. Within the acoustically sealed cabinet, both woofers face inward to create a force-canceling effect that neutralizes distortion.
Balanced Sound: Advanced digital signal processing maximizes bass response and reproduces the full-toned low frequencies expected from a much larger subwoofer. This enables other paired Sonos speakers like ARC, Beam, Ray, One, or One SL to focus on the mid-range and high frequencies. The result is a more balanced transition through all frequencies.
Pairs Well With…: The Sub Mini can be paired with Sonos ARC, Beam, or Ray soundbars for TV and movie viewing, or a pair of Sonos Ones for dedicated music listening. The Sub MIni will not pair with portable Sonos Speaker products such as the Roam or Move.
Stylish Look: Unlike other subwoofers, Sub Mini features a round, cylindrical design that allows it to blend naturally into your home aesthetic without taking up too much space or being visually distracting.
Seamless Set-Up: Add Sub Mini to your Sonos system in just a few taps on the Sonos S2 app.
Trueplay: In addition to the basic setup, Trueplay measures the acoustics of the room and then fine-tunes the sound. Supported iOS device required.
Adjustable EQ: Audio settings automatically equalize to balance Sub Mini and the paired Sonos product(s). You can also use the Sonos app to manually adjust bass and loudness.
