BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Bell Semiconductor has submitted a patent infringement lawsuit against personal computer chipmaker Micron Technological know-how.
The lawsuit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court docket contends Boise, Idaho-dependent Micron is utilizing without authorization a procedure for producing semiconductor products formulated and patented by Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-centered Bell Semiconductor.
