ANN ARBOR, MI – Get all set for an evening of angular guitars and dancey rock grooves when indie rock veterans We Are Scientists check out Ann Arbor’s the Blind Pig.
The band will conduct on June 2 at the Blind Pig, 208 S. 1st St., in assist of its 2021 album “Huffy.” Doors are at 8 p.m.
Led by key users Keith Murray on guitar and vocals and Chris Cain on bass, the band bought its start out in New York City just after forming in Berkeley, California in 2000.
We Are Experts have produced seven albums, commencing with their 2005 breakthrough debut “With Enjoy and Squalor.” The album attained traction powering singles “Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt,” and “The Excellent Escape” even though the band continued to soundtrack online video game titles through the 2000s alongside contemporaries Sizzling Scorching Heat, Phantom World, Art Brut, Maxïmo Park and Arctic Monkeys.
The band has long gone on to launch 6 far more studio albums, “Brain Thrust Mastery” (2008), “Barbara” (2010), “TV en Français” (2014), “Helter Seltzer” (2016), “Megaplex: Rise of the Lycans” (2019) and 2021′s “Huffy.”
